These award winning gardens have matured into some of the finest in Britain. At the centre is the mile long, Capability Brown designed, Trentham Lake. Take the circular lakeside walk, as it takes you aside the River Trent, by the bird hide, through the cascading weir, and along atmospheric trails. After your walk take some lunch in one of the eighteen cafes and restaurants in the Trentham shopping village catering to all tastes. After lunch wander around the 65 individual timber lodge shops and the large Trentham garden centre taking in a coffee and one of their amazing cakes if you have any room left! Then back home to Foxes Field where you can spend the early evening sitting outside looking out over the Cheshire fields while you plan which country pub you will be having your evening meal in.
