Foxes Field B&B Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book with Foxes Field B&B. By making a booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Our terms and conditions of booking are below
Check in and check out
Check in is between 16:00 and 19:00, and check out by 10.30. If you require a check in outside of these times this may be possible but you will need to check with us first.
We do not take pets, but of course, this does not apply to registered assistance dogs (please notify us if bringing an assistance dog as we have cats on the property).
We do not accept children of any age from 0 months up to 18
Groups are accepted up to a maximum of four people,two people to a room. We do not allow stag or hen groups to stay.
All of our rooms accommodate a maximum of two guests only.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property / grounds, and please note this includes E Cigarettes. We respectfully remind guests that should anyone be, or have been, smoking in the house, we reserve the right to charge £150 to the card used to make the booking to cover the cost of short-notice deep cleaning of the room. We are committed to providing a smoke-free environment for all our guests.
Damages and breakages
Please take care with our accommodation. Guests are liable for any damages or breakages that they cause to the accommodation or it's contents. If you do damage or break an item please report it to us as soon as it occurs. We do not normally charge for minor breakages but we may take a payment from the card that you booked your accommodation with if we discover significant damage to your room after your departure.
There is ample parking on site for a number of cars.
No hot takeaway food
We ask that hot take away food is not brought in to eat on the premises – thank you.
Should you have left any property at the B&B we are happy to post the item back to you. We ask that you pay for the postage in order for us to do this.
Booking and Cancellation Conditions
We accept payments by BACs, and the following cards:
Visa Debit / Delta, Visa Credit, Maestro / Switch, Mastercard - no charge.
A deposit equal to the first nights stay is required on any booking.
This deposit will be refunded if cancelled more than 14 days before arrival.
Full booking balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.
If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
We are a small business and rely mostly on forward bookings so cancellations do have a significant impact on us. We therefore advise you have travel insurance to compensate should you need to cancel in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or injury to any guests, or any guest vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of employment.
